Key recommendations included enhancing the effectiveness of mass movement committees through training programs to strengthen the capacity of party officials at all levels. He also stressed the importance of addressing the rapid evolution of digital technology, particularly managing misinformation and unethical online content.
Reforms in both the party and the state were another priority outlined by Hun Sen. He emphasized that state and party reforms must align to achieve meaningful progress. He reiterated the CPP’s commitment to implementing the political program and the government’s Pentagon Strategy, with a particular focus on resolving socio-economic challenges in the aftermath of COVID-19 to improve livelihoods and the national economy.
